So, remember when I mentioned I wanted to post some cooking photos from my time back in America? Well, I’m finally doing it—mostly because I need to unload all the photos on my iPad! So here they are! This meal was a bit of a spread, with six different side dishes, including some of my favorites: Braised black beans (geomeun-kongjorim), soybean side dish (kongjorim), and stir-fried garlic scapes (maneuljjong-bokkeum). I also made a super simple bulgogi, because it’s my brother’s favorite, and it was his birthday! My brother already had a professionally made cake but I made him another one. |
