So Restless ~~~~Feb 29, 2024

 I haven't posted in a while, I know. I think I've been feeling restless. I haven't received my visa yet and I can't really do much until I get it.

I need to get Moemi enrolled in school but I can't get an apartment until I get the visa. Also I don't want to start cooking extensive meals again because that requires potentially dangerous ingredients. The good thing about my home in America was, I was able to store large bags of chili powder and chili flakes in high cabinets that were difficult for even me to get too. I could also child proof the lower cabinets but I can't really do that in a temporary airbnb. 

I really want to hurry and rent my own place so I can organize everything neatly and start making it a home. Child proofing everything! I want Moemi to finally have stability and I want to start living our life here together peacefully. 

Edit: I had to go back and fix my typing errors and some unintentional AAVE talk. lol I really haven’t been getting much sleep lately. 

On a side note, I brought a new phone last week. I finally caved and switched to an iPhone. Technically I didn't switch, I still have my Samsung galaxy phone but it has water damage so it charges only when it feels like it lol. 

Today I'm mostly cleaning but I'm hoping to get some Japanese studying done once Moemi takes a nap (if she takes one 😅).
