Ball of Nerves~~~Dec 7, 2023

 The market has been bleeding a lot this week so I’m watching until it goes back to normal to take on any new positions. (´・ω・)

I have just a few short days left until we move to Japan. I’m so nervous but mostly for the plane ride, Moemi is such a handful and I know I talked about this before but that should just showcase just how nervous I am. There of course are other reasons I’m nervous but that one is really at the top of the list.

Thankfully I found a guarantor for my visa so that’s taken care of. Everything *should* be smooth sailing once we arrive but now…I’m just a ball of nerves. (. _ .)

On a lighter note, look what I bought from H mart.

I wanted to buy my favorite Korean drinks/teas before I left. I often drink water with a few pieces of dried burdock root or dried bitter melon. There are so many health benefits to both of them but I’m a bit too tired to list them all myself… it’s quite tasty though….to me at least. ^ ^

People maybe wondering why I cook and buy a lot of Korean things. I actually live near two Korean towns and back in high school many of my friends were Korean. So I actually picked up on how to cook the food through them.

Funny enough, one really good friend of mine was also the one who introduced me to my first anime, “Super Gals”or “ギャルズ!” (“Gals!” In Japanese), an anime/manga heavily based upon Gyaru culture in Japan. In the late 90’s, early 2000’s. It was a old anime but it was still fun to watch. I would literally go to her house after school, eat her mom’s food and watch a few episodes. Lol so yes, it was a Korean who introduced me to a small part of Japanese culture. I guess she opened that door for me.
(^-^;
