So I normally head over to Machida because it's close to my apartment and there are many things to do there. This particular day I had an esthetic appointment - after I was finished I was tired and hungry so I thought I would eat out. That's when I came across Sweets Paradise.(｡◕‿◕｡)  I heard of this cake buffet and I knew they had a shop in Machida but I didn't know where. That's why I was pleasantly surprised when I found it without trying. ＼(＾∀＾）

I ended up paying around 1,500 yen by myself and I had to order a buffet ticket from the vending machine. I believe they give everyone 90 minutes to dine so whatever you can eat within that time frame is fine!

Even though I went by myself, I didn't feel awkward(I always prefer my own company anyway). A few other people were also by themselves and the rest were on dates or in groups but they were so distracted by the food, the decor or their smart phones to notice anyone else.

The cakes didn't look as visually appealing as I assumed they would be, but they were certainly tasty!!(●⌒∀⌒●)  No heaviness so it made it very easy to go for seconds, thirds or fourths. They also have a small area for salty foods in order to give your taste palate a break from all the sweetness. The salty section was also light and quite delicious. I would go again!   ❤
