So as the title says, I completed #8 of my Dream List- which was to ride the Diamond & Flower Ferris Wheel in Edogawa!!

As people know that follow me on Instagram or Facebook, I actually took a walk from my new apartment all the way to the Ferris Wheel a few weeks before I actually rode it. That day I spent a total of 4-5 hours walking around my new area. By the end of the day I felt like my feet would fall off so when I got home,  I ended up making a hot foot bath with cut up raw garlic(which is supposed to be great for your feet!!).

I didn't ride the Ferris wheel that time because I actually had very little money left after moving into my new place. In Japan when you rent an apartment, you can end up paying 4-5 times the amount of rent for the initial move in fee. I spent all my savings moving into my new apartment so I had to survive off very little for a while. And spending 700 yen to  ride the Ferris wheel wasn't a high priority at the time.

So I decided to wait until I got back on my feet financially. And that's what I did! I ended up receiving a new bike, as a gift about a week ago and on the 20th on Friday, I rode my bike to the ocean. If you leave my apartment, turn right and keep going straight on the main road - you'll eventually hit the ocean. If you're on a bike, it should take about 15 minutes. So after I reached the ocean, I decided wanted to ride some more so that's when I decided to go back to Edogawa to the Diamond & Flower Ferris Wheel! I made up my mind that I would actually ride it this time.

Originally I wanted to go with someone else but I thought it would be best to get started at completing some of the things on my list- and I was already outside so I went on my own!!
