I don't like to have negative energy coming from my mouth or what I write. 

In fact, I've been feeling extremely positive lately. I can't say what's going on yet but I'll be sharing very soon! 

BUT 

I haven't been feeling optimistic JUST because positive things are happening but also because I've been changing my mindset. I've learned not to bury issues and to instead, face them head on.

I'm so used to running away. I've been getting way too comfortable in running away. because I thought that would be the best way to avoid negativity...but it feels so much better to look that "problem" in the face and realize...."hmph...this is nothing"! 

Also I've been hanging up words of affirmation again!
