I made it to Japan!!!!!




BUT




~My Line Messenger isn't working because my (american) cellphone isn't working.

~My Japanese cell phone is a cheap prepaid phone and doesn't have (& can't download) Line.

~I shipped my bags to my apartment to come between 6pm-9pm and one of those bags have my camera usb in it. So I can't upload any of the awesome pictures I took. BUT I will!


~I had a really bad fever on the flight from LA to Tokyo. & I didn't have anywhere to sleep when I got to Narita ( my fault) BUT an old classmate suggested a really nice, inexpensive hotel nearby the airport and that's where I'm at currently (updating this blog).

~Still a bit sick but getting much better.

~It's 6:19am but around 7:30am, I'm gonna leave the hotel and head into Kanagawa and sign my apartment contract so I can move in to my place today. I have to meet the landlord at 11am and I realized my friend that checked out the place for me ahead of time is the only one that has the landlords number. So hopefully I make it in time to meet him!


~ I have furniture getting shipped to my apartment around 3pm-5pm

~ Going out with a friend sometime when all my bags and furniture have arrived to my apartment. We will go to Donki to buy my household appliances; towels, kotatsu table, dish washer detergent, pots~pans, cups, etc.

~ I won't have internet at my new place but I will have a net cafe 2 minutes from my apartment.

~ You can reach me, missloveriri@softbank.ne.jp. I think messages will go straight to my Japanese prepaid phone.


~ Add me on Skype as well. Airi_gunn though emailing would be better at this point since I won't have wifi.

~ Because my phone is prepaid, I have to pay for phone cards and they can become expensive so I can't spend much time on the phone. But I think SMS is free? Correct me if I'm wrong? It's softbank
prepaid.


~ I will be busy most of the week but I should have random open times to hang out or talk to friends.


~The sun is shining super hard on my face right now.

~ Hmmm, I can't think of anything at the moment. Friends that want to hang out, I live 7 minutes from Yomiuri- Land-mae station, OH 21 in kawasaki, Kanagawa. So feel free to message the email I posted if you want to get together briefly. Like I said, this week will be quite busy but I may have brief time here and there.

~School starts on the 8th, I think!! But I will find out later and edit if I need to.
