I realized I haven't updated my last blog post since last week! And let me tell you, so much has happened within that little time frame.



  Things are looking up for me! There was a quote I stumbled upon on life-hacks;

"The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it."- Eckhart Tolle

Normally when it comes to life quotes like that, it's like it goes through one ear and.... eventually... goes out the other. lol

But this quote really opened my eyes because it's SO true. Many of the negative situations I put myself in aren't so negative themselves but my thoughts I have on them most certainly are!

Now I'm looking at myself more closely, & whenever I feel my mind is wandering down that dark negative path I quickly change the subject in my head. Surprisingly it's working and I'm giving off a more positive energy!
