Grace's Mandarin from National Harbor.~ The food is spectacular! The atmosphere is beautiful & elegant. There is a 3 story waterfall & a 33 foot Buddha statue.
They also have a very large wine selection. Oh & did I mention there is a nice view of the river if you are on the second floor!
